How to use
• Remove the plastic from the LED light in the battery compartment to turn it on.
• Brush and floss your teeth to prepare the surface.
• Protect your gums by applying a thin layer of ointment like Vaseline or Aquaphor. This is very important because the gel is strong and will temporarily irritate your gums without protection.
• Squeeze only a small amount of gel onto the tray, just enough to cover your teeth. Don’t overload the tray. You can also place a small dot of gel on each tooth. Using too much gel will spread onto your gums and irritate them. Don't waste it, save the extra gel for maintenance.
• Turn on the light and place in your mouth for 15-30 minutes per treatment. Repeat as needed. If your gums get sensitive, wait until the next day to use again.
• Use until you achieve the shade you want. Maintain monthly to keep your color.
• Carefully rinse the tray between treatments and avoid getting water into the battery compartment. The light will stop working if the battery gets wet.
